We love to decorate our house festively for pretty much every holiday or season. We love to set up wreath making stations and add a little pizazz to the kid's bedroom doors or bathroom doors. We made a simple heart wreath for Valentine's Day and a cute Spring wreath along with a simple collage wreath for Christmas. This week we set up a Fall wreath making station and I had fun crafting along with my toddler. My big kids made their own after school as well! This post contains Amazon Affiliate links. To set up a Fall wreath making station you can really use anything you'd like that is festive and fall themed. FALL WREATH MAKING SUPPLIES: paper plate (with center cut out for the base of the wreath) fabric leaves foam or textured sticker leaves, pumpkins, acorns, etc. cut up tissue paper cut up scraps of Fall colored paper Fall colored pom poms (red, orange, yellow, brown) actual leaves and acorns white glue Fall colored ribbon sequins buttons Anything else you find that is fall like would work too! We love to make our wreaths very textured with lots of layers. HOW TO SET UP A WREATH MAKING STATION: We typically choose 3-4 embellishments to use for our wreaths and put each one in a bowl. Next we add some glue to our base paper plate and then we start adding materials onto the wreaths! Once you add one layer of materials you can add more glue and add more embellishments on top. Have fun creating until your wreaths are covered and colorful! We read Clifford's First Autumn by Norman Bridwell along with making our wreaths! Let the wreaths dry and then hang them up on a door or somewhere else in your home to decorate for the season! Have you ever made a wreath with your kids before?
